what's the difference between a simple color marker and the Molotow Paint Marker?

Check the Molotow GraFX markers on the left side. These are fiber pens or 'color markers', and there many more brands. Others markers are filled are paint such as Molotow One4All range: [link]. Those last were used for the white highlights on my sketch.
